Refund Policy — TMF Prints

If something's wrong with your order, we fix it. That's the short version.

Print quality issues

If a transfer leaves our shop defective, wrong colors, production damage, printing errors we'll reprint it. No runaround. Reach out within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. If for some reason a reprint isn't possible, you'll get a full refund. We cover return shipping on confirmed defects.

Artwork errors

We print exactly what you send us. If your file was low resolution, had a typo, or the dimensions were off, that's on the artwork, not the print. We're happy to catch obvious issues before we run it, but we can't be responsible for errors in designs we didn't create. If this happens, reach out — we'll see what we can do.

What we can't refund

Custom transfers are made to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind, customer artwork mistakes, or transfers that were applied with incorrect heat press settings. Double check your artwork and press settings before you go, our pressing instructions page has everything you need.

Shipping problems

Lost or damaged in transit? Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out with the carrier and get you taken care of.
