How to Build a Gang Sheet
A gang sheet packs multiple designs onto one sheet so you're paying for print area, not per design. Here's how to build one that cuts clean and presses perfect.
Know your sizes before you start
Figure out how big each design needs to be on the finished garment, then size your files to match at 300 DPI. Common sizes: pocket/sleeve logos 2–4", chest prints 4–8", full back prints 10–13".
Hold a tape measure against the actual garment to figure out print size. What looks right on your monitor is almost always bigger or smaller than reality.
Drag and drop your designs into the builder
Use our gang sheet builder to upload your PNG files and arrange them on the sheet. You can add multiple copies of the same design, mix different designs, and resize each one individually.
Leave at least 0.5" between designs
You need enough room to cut between designs without nicking the edges. 0.5" minimum gap is the rule — more is fine, less creates cutting problems.
Overlapping designs will be printed exactly as submitted. We don't edit your layout before printing. Double-check your spacing before you submit.
Submit and we handle the rest
Once you're happy with your layout, add to cart and check out. We print, trim, and ship. If your gang sheet has any issues we'll reach out before running it.
